Seasonal Outreach

Each year, Breathe 379 hosts a Thanksgiving food drive with the goal of ensuring that every family in our communities and beyond can enjoy a hearty holiday meal. The drive kicks off in early November, inviting community members to donate perishable and non-perishable food items such as canned vegetables, boxed stuffing, and instant mashed potatoes. This effort helps to stock our shelves with a variety of traditional Thanksgiving foods.

As the collection progresses, volunteers work tirelessly to organize and assemble the donated items into generous meal packages. Each package is thoughtfully prepared to include all the ingredients needed for a complete Thanksgiving feast, including a turkey, side dishes, and even a dessert.

In the days leading up to Thanksgiving, families in need are invited to visit the B379 Hope Center to pick up their meal packages. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, as volunteers greet recipients with smiles and words of encouragement. For many, this food drive is more than just a source of nourishment; it is a reminder that they are supported and valued by their community.
